About Sending Us Your Files

     For printed products, we can print from most any .psd, .ai, .eps, .jpeg files.  The key to having them look good is to create them in the same size you'd like them printed.  So if you'd like a 3' x 5' banner, set up your artboard for 36" x 60" at a resolution of 75 - 150.  Also select the CMYK mode as opposed to RGB.  This will help keep the colors closer to what you are expecting as the printer uses a CMYK process to create colors. 

      If you are sending us a photo to print, see the chart below to help understand what resolution to send to get the best results.  Trying to resize from a smaller image will create pixelation and blurriness.  If you have questions on whether your file will work, feel free to contact us.  We can help somewhat with your designs, but ultimately we are printers and not designers.

    For your cut vinyl lettering and graphics, please send files in a vector format.  These files generally are .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .svg.  Sometimes we can convert a jpeg file to a vector file, but there may be an added charge.  Adobe's Illustrator is popular for creating vector files for cut vinyl.  There are many websites that have downloadable vector graphics.  Some are free and others charge a fee, but if you do a search for "vector graphics" you may find just what you're looking for in a format we can use to cut your graphics for you. 

     If you just want text, we can create it for you... just send us what you want your graphic to say.  Check out fonts at www.dafont.com. They have hundreds of fonts to test with your text.  Just let us know what font you choose and we'll create a proof for your approval.

If you are ordering a cut vinyl graphic, please include the color you'd like.
